These events require flexible, energetic staff capable of engaging with attendees, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth setup and pack-down.
- Our Role: We provided hands-on event support across various locations and dates. Our team managed the full bump-in and bump-out process, set up and packed down silent disco gear, and operated as silent disco runners during live sessions. We also supplied enthusiastic kids’ animators to lead games and activities, and event assistants to help with logistics, guest engagement, and general operations throughout the event.
