Liverpool City Council delivers a range of public events throughout the year, including cultural celebrations, outdoor activations, and large-scale community festivals. These events often take place in high-traffic public spaces and require efficient, well-coordinated setup and pack-down to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruption.
Our Role:
We supported Liverpool City Council with reliable event crew responsible for bump-in and bump-out operations across multiple events. Our teams assisted with staging, signage, furniture placement, equipment movement, and general site readiness. Post-event, we ensured timely and safe pack-down, liaising closely with council teams and other contractors on site.
Key Achievements:
- Delivered consistent, hands-on support that reduced operational stress for council teams.
- 12 staff deployed with less than 12 hours’ notice, ensuring smooth delivery under tight turnarounds.
- Bump-in and bump-out specialists supplied, trained and appropriately licensed, to expedite safe site builds and pack-downs.
